Where do you ship from?

The USA East Coast!

Who do you ship to?

For domestic shipping options, anywhere that USPS will mail to. Everywhere else, anywhere that Pirate Ship/Asendia ships to aside from US-restrictions. Currently, there is no shipping to Russia, Belarus, and Israel. Tracking is door-to-door for the following countries:

When do you ship out your products?

If not a pre-order item, then either while the shop is still open or the week after it closes (unless notice is given). If it is a pre-order item, updates will be posted online as to when the merch arrives and is shipped out.

What happens if something gets lost?

For June update: These preorders work as an interest check for con prep, so as long as I still have stock after ANYC is over, refer to below.

During other updates: I can't do much to replace items if there isn't any stock left. If there is stock left, let me know what type of mail you were sent -- if sent as a package (NOT a letter) and marked as lost by postal service errors (NOT personal errors, such as you providing me an incorrect address), you should be insured and I'll try to see if we can use that to send you a new package. If damaged, the same thing may apply depending on the degree of damage and how it was incurred -- talk it out with me and we can figure something out.

I will always try to replace merch when possible, so don't be afraid to DM me with any concerns!

Can I get a refund?

No, I don't do refunds. However, if I make a mistake, I'll give you your money back.  

Can you change my address?

I can't guarantee it, but if you send it to me fast enough, I can always try!

What is P4P?

Pay-for-production! It means you pay for only the cost it took to make the product -- not even the cost of shipping supplies is included in the selling price. 

Is your merch P4P?

Not all of it! What is P4P is mentioned as being so. Most of my merch is very close to it though, haha.
